Child Safety Standards & Protection Policy

1. Our Commitment

Apreia is a professional networking platform for the fashion, photography, and creative industries. The safety of minors is a fundamental priority for us. Apreia has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or account related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are firmly committed to protecting children online and to complying with all applicable laws and platform policies regarding child safety.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Apreia is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use any feature of the platform. Users who attempt to register as minors will be denied access. If we become aware that a registered user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted.

3. Prohibited Content — CSAE

Apreia strictly prohibits the following on its platform:

• Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors (CSAM / CSAE).
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit minors sexually or otherwise.
• Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Any content that depicts minors in a sexual, suggestive, or exploitative manner.
• Any communication intended to recruit, coerce, or manipulate minors.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal from the platform, and reporting to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.

4. How to Report

If you encounter any content, profile, or message that you believe violates our child safety policy, please report it immediately through one of the following methods:

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with strict confidentiality.

5. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Any account found to violate Apreia's child safety policy will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account deletion. Apreia reserves the right to take legal action against users who engage in or facilitate child exploitation or abuse.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

Apreia fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies, government authorities, and child protection organizations whenever legally required or requested. We will provide all relevant information, including user data and content, in compliance with applicable laws and legal processes. When CSAM is detected, Apreia will proactively report it to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) via CyberTipline.

7. Content Moderation

Apreia actively monitors user-generated content for violations of this policy. Our moderation team reviews reported content and takes action swiftly. We continuously improve our detection and reporting mechanisms to prevent any form of child exploitation on the platform.
